Default IL 2 - Multiplayer - Time Out

Hi all,

After a bit of help if possible...

Returning to the game after many years away and am looking to setup a DCG with a few friends via Hyerlobby.

We can all connect to other servers but for some reason all get time outs when trying to connect to each other.

All running latest base game 4.13.4m.

Below is everything we've tried so far...

Clean installs
Port 21000 is open and forwarded via my router and via windows firewall
IL2 and Hyperlobby are allowed via Windows firewall
Tried all network types in game (LAN/ 56k / ISDN/ etc)
No VPN's running, all connections set to disabled other than internet
Changed all recommended script in Hyperlobby

I've run out of ideas and can't seem to find any additional help via forums. Any ideas?

Basics are
Port 21000 udp
If Windoz firewalls on allow il2fb.exe through. or turn it off behind router firewall.
DMZ the hosts router just to see if everyone connects then you know its a port forwarding issue.
Host on direct ip inside the games GUI just to rule out Hyperlobby.

Hamachi will cause port forwarding problems.

HL settings are like this
