Default Trigger bug that effects campaign maps

If a trigger is set off by
"Player - "player Red, Orc" doesn't controls unit goblin01"

then the actions that give items, perks, exp, or spells to the "active unit" don't work.

I just ran into this on the map "O3_1_LandsOfKnights". There is a quest to kill an artifact messenger that will complete and show some dialog but not give you the lance of glory.

I think it probably happened on the map "H5_1_WingsOfVerson" with the quest to kill the hexer.

I did tests in the map editor and active unit works if the condition is entering an area. Which is what gives bonuses most of the time. It also works to use a specific unit instead of active unit when using the "doesn't control" condition.
