I think Caspar should start being a MOD on the CloD forums.....did you see how fast he replied to Community questions?

Impressive!

Thanks for the feedback, really looking forward to 4.12

(once this is released of-course )

I definitely agree. That would at least solve the problem of his PM-box being packed to the rafters not willing to accept any more PMs.

or if you could/ can give us some information regarding proper windscreen support?

this is probably the worst issue i am facing in 1946, as most people who have either a wide screen monitor or multiple monitors.

there is a work around with the Sans FOV changer program (http://il2fovchanger.byethost7.com/) but, despite getting the job done, it fails in a very unacceptable rate, its incompatible with track ir, and has some set up issues.

i would be glad if this was being worked on, and if it isnt, and you guys need a bigger info on the problem, i will try and help the best i can.

cheers

@pupo162

There is now a really cool little mod by sanka over at SAS, search 'Default FOV Mod'.

I really wish something like this could become part of stock too, because its going to be a pita using sans again, just to get the same FoV as a non widescreen user. Its going to be one of the last major annoyances i have left with the stock game.

You can set your default FoV in the conf.ini, its superb.

101 = what a non widescreener has.
