Default gfx issues with Nvidia GeForce GTX 580 after uppgrade to 1.05...

My weekend started in an omnious way when I, after getting the kettle going whilst downloading the lates patch12, sat down, coffie in hand, setting up a quick mission in a Hurricane (just to listen to the Merlin warming up while enjoing the brew) discovered this: see attched file

What the f....!!
Checked my settings - all maxed out - tried fiddeling with AntiAlianasing and some other stuff, like V sync or whatever it's called etc...
Still no joy...
So Gentlemen, have pity on a poor sole who just spilled his morning coffie and at present is not able to enjoy the sunshine outside - cause my Hurricane cockpit look like "poo".
What in the world is this, and what can I do?

P.S. 1C or Ubisoft or whomever... Nice sounds!!
How about giving it some "3D" effects; near, far, left, right, open or closed cockpit etc... ?

Default Problem solved - It is the Anti Epilepsi option

Sorry gent's, I should have fiddeled a bit more before sounding "the Alarm"
I guess I didn't realise that the Anti Epilepsi feature could be switched off... My game tuning is more like: "here's a knob, lets push it " So much for middelaged, self thaught, wannabeSailorMalans...

I apologize for starting a useless thread.
